SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Clean currently has several outside sales opportunities throughout
Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Preferred candidates
must have a 4 year college degree and 1-3 years hunter style outside
B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in acquiring contracted “new
business”. Applicants must understand how to take a prospect
from cold call to close in a short sales cycle, as well as effectively
manage time and territory. Applicants must maintain a weekly minimum
sales average while developing a prospect database.
Our aggressive and uncapped compensation program includes a $40K
base salary plus the potential for monthly commissions and quarterly
bonuses based on performance. This translates into $55-75+ potential
in year one for the motivated seller. We provide paid training,
monthly car allowance, cell phone and laptop with state-of-the-art
prospecting system. Our benefits program includes medical, dental,
life, ST/LT disability, paid vacations, wellness pay and holidays,
100% tuition reimbursement and an aggressive 401K pension program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Clean is currently seeking professionals to service and maintain
our uniform rental accounts on established 4-day delivery routes. Applicants
must also pursue additional sales within existing accounts and
new prospects. Individuals must be responsible and motivated,
have a clean driving record, a stable work history, and an aptitude
for exceptional customer relations (the ability to listen attentively
to customers and respond effectively). Previous route based
customer service is a plus but not required. We provide a
comprehensive training program.
Our aggressive and uncapped compensation package includes hourly
wages, commissions and incentive bonuses for new sales generated. Aggressive
retention and sales will translate to $40,000+ in year one. Our
